Every single person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Sherets in Vernon has been totally wonderful. The service has been exceptional, everyone has been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great work, you guys are the BEST!!
This has to be the least professional company I have ever dealt with in Vernon. I went in to purchase a pump today, after waiting 10 mins in line I got directed to the other side of the building. Went inside a younger guy was entering stuff into the computer (he was the only helpful one of the bunch) he asked what I needed, then went to ask another person in the back, they told him to get back to doing his job which wasn't helping me. He paged for someone to come to plumbing, waited 10 mins before someone showed up, guy asked what I needed I showed him the part number, he said I need to wait for someone in pumps and he paged again. Finally someone goes walking by, the guy said have you helped this fellow looking for a pump, guy says he's busy, the guy said what about the other pump guy, he said he is busy too. How hard is it to take my part number, pull the pump off of the shelf and take my money. This is a simple simple process. It's as though everyone has been trained to not help the customer. I got in my truck drove to EMCO, and in 3 mins had a pump ordered. I will never go back to Andrew Sheret again. I have never experienced anything like it.
Poor customer service. I have been to the one in salmon arm lots and they are great with customer service. Was at this Vernon location today and waisted 45 minutes and didn't get anything I needed. The staff member helping definitely needs more training. Ended up going to home Depot and getting what I needed in two minutes.
