Best breakfast I've had out in a long, long time. Nice decor and clean. Could have been a bit more engaging on the customer service side ( how's your meal so far?) but well worth a visit .
New place, not what I was expecting as a diner but pleasantly surprised. Big, spacious place that is following all Covid protocols. You order first, pay and then they seat you. Service is excellent. Food very tasty. I had the beef dip and my husband had the chicken melt. Good size serving with reasonable prices.
Usually the food is excellent but this time some of it wasn't up to par. My wife had the beef dip which was excellent. I had the 2 egg breakfast with sausages. Sausages were excellent but the potatoes were just about cold and the sunny side eggs were burnt on the bottom and the yolks were hard. We were seated in the corner so no waitresses came around so I couldn't complain and there was a long lineup at the counter. Hopefully things will improve to what it was like before they closed for a few months
Service was horrible. Food not so great. No one came and asked us how the food was or checked if we needed refill on our drinks. My husband finished his meal before I could even start mine because the food was not cooked and was served raw eggs. We finally had to get the waitress. Food was dropped in front of us instead of placed down. I do not recommend this place. IT SO VERY SAD THIS PLACE IS CONSIDERED THE SISTER PLACE OF DINER ON SIX. DINER ON SIX 100 PERCENT BETTER SERVICE BETTER ATMOSPHERE BETTER FOOD. PEOPLE DO NOT COMPARE NORMANS TO DINER ON SIX. DINER ON SIX HAS HAND DOWN WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO EAT. NORMANS DINER IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
Norman’s Diner is in a convenient location with lots of parking. Iam not a big fan of pay before you eat, sit down dining but in all my experience was ok. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the veggie burger had a loose texture but was acceptable along with a generous salad. It’s a great building but I felt it it very loud with a cold atmosphere that could be warmed up a bit just my opinion.
