Peter is a very conscientious technician who worked diligently to fix our furnace problem. He was friendly and courteous and gave us a better understanding of how our furnace works, (and the intricacies of repairs) Thank you Peter! This is my second review of Fox and Sons. In December we had a burst water pipe , which was repaired by Chris. Our experience with Chris was great. Super personable, and great repair. Tyler was a great technician, inspecting our plumbing thoroughly and pointing out any issues pleasantly. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed us our options for optimizing our plumbing and allowed room for consideration. All in all a great experience.
Fox's Sales Specialist was extremely helpful in helping me resolve questions and get into the right A/C unit. Due to market forces, options were somewhat limited so I believe the decision was somewhat more challenging than normal. The installation techs were on time, very professional and clearly very highly skilled. Installation proceeded well and things were perfectly tidied up. Fox provided solid professional service and fully met my expectations. I recommend them.
Chris White was very thorough, he suspected a problem with the water pressure checked it and found it to be fine, the work he did was to the high standard we expect from Fox and Sons and we were not disappointed. Plus he and his apprentice were very pleasant and easy to do business with. Thank you Luke gave me great advice about my water system, installed the filter to Fox and Sons high standard. I now feel safer. He was very pleasant to speak with and really knew his plumbing. Thank you Fox and Sons for having such excellent employees Tom checked the electrical system very effectively. He made many suggestions how the system could be made safer. He gave estimates for all that needed to be done. Tom is very pleasant person and was a pleasure to meet. Fox and Sons has great employees, I am glad they are there for us.
Tom did a great job getting the my ceiling fans and pot lights installed. My wife is comfortable having him in our home, although our dog barked at him every time her entered, there's just no pleasing that dog. Tom knows his stuff, very glad he has so many great ideas. We would like to have him be our regular tech if you read this please!!! Fast, thorough and professional. Also, I had already determined what I thought that I wanted prior to his arrival, but after Tom went through everything with me I can assure that he knows best! Thanks Fox for sending Tom!
