Unfortunately we have to leave this review for Troy so other people can know our negative experience doing business with him. We approached Troy in early May for business to business services and he ended up using our services for June and July until we suspended his service. It’s been near impossible to communicate with him as he barely answers our calls and rarely responds to text. If he responds he avoids giving us answers about payment. He has been giving us the run around for a while. We even offered to trade for his services if he couldn’t afford to pay us. We did our best to provide him with good service and he knows it (even provided him with proof of the services). I would not recommend doing business with Troy.
Troy was friendly and showed up on time and day we agreed on.. The work was well done and complete...I highly recommend this company and will pass his name to my friends and family. Will use him again ????
Had Vernon Gorilla Property Service clean my gutter but upon my inspection that had not done one side of my house. When I sent my concerns, the denials started which lead to saying it was my fault as I waited two days after the work was completed to go up on a ladder to check. They never did provide me the pictures to prove they had done the work. I would not recommend them.
