I just had such a bad experience! I needed to have my windows cleaned as they haven't been done since I purchased my house a year and a half ago. The guy comes by a few weeks ago without an appointment interrupts a business meeting that I'm having here at my home on a Sunday. Schedules me for today on a long weekend says he's going to be here at 7:30 in the morning, when he booked it I said wow that's very early on a long weekend and he said well I have to run my business. I get that! But he agreed to come at 8 o'clock. So he shows up 40 minutes late so I held him accountable in a disappointed manner( not nasty) as he was walking away to get his stuff, I heard him say wow, with a sarcastic voice, so I held him accountable for that too. I said, I am a business owner and I'm accountable to my customers. When I say I'm going to do something I have to follow through! And he still gave me attitude so after all of my prep, removing everything from the windows making sure that I was awake at 6 o'clock this morning to make sure I could get all that done, he quits and walked away! What the heck is wrong with people nowadays running their businesses. They think that they're the boss when actually the customer is the boss, we give you your paycheck! #ShakingMyHead ???????? Shhhesh all is just to get windows clean.
