We contacted these guys from a flyer we got in the mail. They were quick to get back to us and get us the quote. We got a quote to have the gutters fixed, some are not draining properly. There is standing water in one of the gutters. We were "quoted" a THOUSAND dollars (if you don't want a receipt) to have all the gutters on the house releveled and have a couple on a dormer replaced with downspouts into the lower gutters. They also said they would "tune up" the entire system and clean them all out, replace the fasteners to the house and make sure everything was going to work "like new". The "no receipt" should have been a huge red flag. Well, let me tell you this, the kids they sent here were only here for about and hour and a half, they kinda cleaned out the gutters, the main one that has the standing water in it over the garage, STILL HAS WATER IN IT!!! Still not draining. The dormer ones never got replaced with the downspouts into the lower gutters, and one of the existing downspouts is still not attached to the house. We have sent a couple of e-mails to try and get this rectified, but all of a sudden, they are too busy to get back to us. So I guess I am out a grand and the guys that did the "repairs" probably had a good party with my money, because, hey, NO RECEIPT so no trace of them ever being here. Update time after being reminded, a couple of times, by James. They came back and fixed the gutter over the garage door, which was the main problem one. James explained why the dormer ones were not changed as requested. I still feel that there was way too much hassle to get answers after the first "repair", only because we really did not get any action until I posted this review. So to me that means that the 5 star rating is pretty important to this company. Maybe they should be a little quicker to respond when there is an issue, OR, make sure the job is done right the first time. Then people like me won't leave critical reviews. Just my opinions. The job was eventually done satisfactorily.
These guys were great. The arrived on time for the inspection and fixed not only the gutters we knew about, but one we didn’t know about. They also confirmed a few soft spots on the roof we discovered that we are going to keep an eye on. Reasonably priced.
I live in Vernon, this morning Dominik and Ross installed some gutters on my garage. The 2 where very professional, and did a very clean great looking job. I am a tradesman and very picky about my work and I found no faults with theirs. I only got one quote for my Gutters and the price seemed fair to me so I didn't shop around. 5 stars
