I did not receive sugar scrub. My manicure was rushed and even though I asked for clear polish he put none on at all. My mother and I both got mani-pedis and both received different procedures. My mom's nail polish is already peeling off 5 hours later. We definitely will never go back.
I received a gift certificate for a deluxe Mani and pedi and went in thinking it was going to be amazing. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The gentleman doing my pedicure was super friendly (almost uncomfortable friendly) but rushed through everything and another guy awkwardly did my manicure at the same time. Was the worst experience ever for something that was supposed to be a great experience. To top it all off I was charged almost $40 dollars for gel polish when I was told it was $15 at the beginning. I will not be going back and I would not recommend.
first time trying Nail Town. Asked just for gel polish as my daughter and I were having a girls afternoon. I chose a nude colour and asked for some sparkles on my ring finger. When they were done, the colour application was so thin I could see the white tips and half moon of my nails underneath. The sparkle polish was also so thin I literally have three sparkles on my nails. We were then charged $95... for two people getting gel polish. That’s $50 anywhere else. After wandering the mall I went back to ask for another application because the I could see right through the colour, and for the price couldn’t live with that. They told me it would be $35 for a colour change. Go somewhere else. It’ll be cheaper and better.
