I started my workout journey with the 30 Minute Hit a few months ago and I feel amazing! The workout is so much fun. I really feel like myself again, I have so much strength, energy and happiness. The Trainers are so knowledgeable and they help you to reach your full potential. I defiantly recommend this workout for anyone of all ages.
It’s been 4 years since I walked in the doors and did my free trial. I was absolutely hooked from day one! The support of the trainers from start to finish, encouraging and pushing you. Changing your routine so there’s no chance you will get bored. From the technique of the week, or crazy challenging combinations your trainer of the day throw at you. But I think my favourite thing, is the community of women that have come together there. To support and lift each other up. I have seen tears, I have seen so much laughter. I remember my first couple of weeks there, I was there all by myself, didn’t have a gym buddy at the time, I finished my final station and was rewarded with fist bumps not only from my trainer, but a gym full of women,who at the time, were virtual strangers. Right then I knew, I was where I needed to be. I have made some amazing friendships, and this amazing community of women, helped me dust off my wings, and taught me to fly!
