Today (May 5) I went to Skogies at 830. I had bought gift cards from Costco, I was having trouble getting the cards to activate at the front where you sign in or pay I finally called the attendant to come and help me he was by himself so he came when he could to help me. I was trying to do the cards wrong you need to turn them into gift cards before you can use them I was trying to punch in the number on the card completely my fault I finally ended up paying for a car wash on my own just to get through the lineup. he had to hurry back to get the line moving again for the cars that were backed up now and when I came around and it was my turn he said " I'll take those cards in for you and get them switched over right now". He did that for me and came back he was so polite and so nice even though it was my fault I wasn't doing it correctly. I just want to say big kudos to him even though he was by himself , he helped me out never got frustrated with me and it was awesome. Totally satisfied customer today at Skogies. Again thank you to attendant who helped me out!
Washed my car March 5,2021. Bought the $16 wash. I have washed before with the lower price wash and was ok. This $16. wash was the worst ever. Dirt and spots all over the car. Had to redo it by hand. Very disappointing.
Was vacuuming my car when I went to the opposite side to vacuum the passenger side when the connection of the hoses let lose and smashed onto my head. Spoke to the lady running the place today and received an oh I’ll go fix it sorry. My head has a huge bump and my head is pounding. Like really? Don’t offer me something like some car washes or something. Good God. I had witnesses
We drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we are not afraid to go off-road with it. Between the snow, dirt and mud, We always find a reason to go here. Definitely has been worth the subscription.
Great car wash but more upkeep on rince and prewash power washing heads are needed over half of them don't spin and spray in one spot as you vehicle passes through them.. leaves lines over hood and roof after paying almost 20 bux per wash... step up your game skogies people pay good money for this and getting half quality
